Welcome to my blog! This is a place where I can share my learning. My blog is a collection of questions, ideas, learning in progress and finished work.
Our school-wide theme this year is 'In Our Backyard. Kia mau ki te tokanga nui a noho - there is no place like home.' Please make comments so I can deepen my understanding, learn about new ideas and improve my work.
Malo e lelei Balqees. Thank you for sharing your work with us. You have found some very interesting facts about the Tui. What I found interesting is that there are two sub-species of Tui - the New Zealand Tui and the Chatham Island Tui. The New Zealand Tui is common across the main island and many small offshore islands. The Chatham Tui resides on the Chatham Islands. Did you know that the Tui play an important role in the ecology of New Zealand forests? Have a great day.
